RE/MAX Synergy

Real estate services are considered an essential business in Minnesota and Wisconsin and we are committed to following these orders in the safest manner possible. We understand how important it is for many people to buy and sell homes during this time. RE/MAX Synergy has taken precautions to prevent the spread of the COVID-19.  In this, new normal, we have taken steps to protect our communities, clients, agents and staff.

We are open for business to serve our clients but some of our locations are temporarily closed.  Some agents and staff are temporarily working from home.  Our agents are always available for you but we need to limit in person contact.  In person open houses are currently suspended.  Reach out to your agent to discuss options available to view homes.  We are encouraging our agents to conduct virtual meetings and will take appropriate steps to practice social distancing if in person meetings are necessary.  Spaces are disinfected before and after each meeting.

We are doing our absolute best to assure our current transactions close and new buyers and sellers can start the process.  Our title company partners are doing an excellent job of safely closing transactions with very limited exposure.  Only essential people are attending closings.  Sellers are encouraged to pre-sign documents whenever possible.  Some closings are taking place outside or from client’s vehicles.

We would like to thank the essential service people in our communities.  This includes medical professionals, law enforcement, fire departments, grocery store workers, truck drivers and everyone else that’s stepping up to keep America safe and running.  With everyone’s help we will get through this.
